Exciting access-all-areas tickets are today being launched for the Gloucester Tall Ships festival providing lots of fun for all the family.
For the price of only £6, the Festival Pass will allow access to a whole host of attractions over ALL three days of the spectacular event at Gloucester Docks on May 23-25.
The great-value ticket includes unlimited access to all participating tall ships, the Gloucester Waterways Museum and the Soldiers of Gloucestershire Museum. Plus, accompanied children go free!
“This year’s festival promises to be as memorable as ever with a feast of brilliant entertainment for everyone,” said events director Mhairi Smith.
“The Festival Pass is a great way to make the most of the festival and it looks sure to prove tremendously popular.”
The ever-popular Captain Jack will return from his adventures on the High Seas for more swashbuckling action in a series of shows, while two of the tall ships will take part in dramatic pirate battles.
More top attractions include a climbing wall, water zorbing, crazy golf, vintage fairground rides, food and drink and craft markets, and a live music stage featuring local bands.
A daily raffle at the festival will offer the chance to have a fly-boarding lesson.
Not only that, there will be two fringe festivals during the Tall Ships – the Gloucester Stone Carving Festival and the first Gloucester Shanty Festival building on the city’s folk and maritime traditions.
